Audio MSGCU's NEW Mobile Banking: Locking and Unlocking Your Credit or Debit Cards Have you ever forgotten your card somewhere? Now, with a simple click, you can temporarily lock, or freeze, your card until you find it. Here's how. After you've logged in, select the menu icon. Select Card Controls. Your available cards will display. Press the name of the card you want to lock. Press the toggle button next to "card is active." Then confirm your action. You'll also see a message reminding you that you'll have to turn the card back on when you want to use again. Press OK. You'll see the toggle button and the card image have turned grey. Your card now cannot be used to make transactions. To turn the card back on, log in and go to Card Controls. Simply press the grey toggle button next to the card name. It'll turn back to blue showing your card is now active. The ability to lock your card is a great temporary option. However, if you believe your card is permanently lost or has been stolen, you can also report it here. In the card controls menu, press the name of the card. You can get a new card sent via mail or come into the branch. Reporting as lost or stolen will permanently deactivate the card you select to report. As always, we're here to help. Visit a local branch, chat online, or give us a call.
